We may remove, disable access to, or restrict material where we believe in good faith that the material may infringe copyright or other intellectual property rights, or where required by law.

2) Nature of the Service

CoursesToCards is a study-tool service that helps users convert their own course and study material into flashcards. We do not sell textbooks, course packets, or other learning materials. We do not provide DRM bypass, account sharing, or extraction tools intended to defeat access controls.

Users are responsible for ensuring that they have legitimate access to any material they upload, process, or submit through the service and that their use complies with our Terms and applicable law.

Important: Use of CoursesToCards is intended for personal study workflows with materials the user is legitimately permitted to access.

5) Counter-Notification

If you believe your material was removed or restricted by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification. Your counter-notification should include sufficient information for us to evaluate the request, including your identity, contact information, the material affected, and a statement explaining why you believe the removal was in error.

We may forward valid counter-notifications to the complaining party and handle them in accordance with applicable law and our internal review procedures.

Where appropriate, CoursesToCards may suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly submit infringing content or repeatedly violate our intellectual-property policies.
